Colossians 2:12 and baptism

Does Colossians 2:12 says that baptism is required for slavation?
Col 2:10 - we are complete in Christ
Col 2:11 - circumcised in Him, by His circumcision
Col 2:12 - buried with Him, in (His) baptism, raised with Him, by His resurrection
Col 2:13 - made alive with Him

Context tells us that its what Christ has done for us, that makes us complete. So it was His baptism of death that is mentioned here, not believers baptism.
